intimate elopement

I first met Allison and Ty shortly after they got engaged when they reached out about engagement photos. From the start, they were both easygoing and kind. As we took photos around Grayton Beach, we talked through what they pictured for their wedding day. Allison originally began planning a more traditional wedding and booked me as their photographer, but along the way, things shifted. She reached out and said a big wedding just didn’t feel like the right fit anymore. Instead, they decided on a smaller weekday celebration with only their closest people there. It ended up being such a good decision and felt much more like them. Allison wanted a day where she could actually spend time with Ty, and Ty was on board with a weekday so it wouldn’t interfere with college football. It was simple, relaxed, and intentional in the best way. Their day wasn’t built around timelines; it was just about doing what felt right for them and enjoying it.
